Event & Exhibitions

For INDEX Saudi Arabia, we focused on elevating the brand’s social media presence through a refined and content led approach aligned with existing design guidelines. We created a wide range of assets including template driven speaker posts, knowledge based content and feature focused creatives that highlighted key elements such as student competitions and industry participation.

As part of the pre-event buildup, we developed a CGI led video concept that showcased the arrival of the show into Saudi Arabia, featuring a conveyor belt at an airport revealing furniture pieces as a visual metaphor for INDEX entering the market. This was launched ahead of the event to build anticipation and excitement.

We also produced conversational style interviews with speakers and team members, alongside team driven videos that built momentum and generated interest leading up to the show. During the event, we executed dynamic on ground coverage capturing the scale and energy of the exhibition through engaging video content and live story coverage. Through consistent visual direction and engaging storytelling, we strengthened the show’s digital identity and delivered a successful content driven campaign.
